OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

By participating in this giveaway HiddenGems aftermarket watch giveaway #1, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

 

1. SPONSOR

The Promotion is sponsored by HiddenGems inc.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, Shopify, or any other platform.


2. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States only, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.


3. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins on January 7th 12:00pm, EST and ends on January 20th 1:00pm EST.

Entries submitted outside of the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

 


4. HOW TO ENTER

FREE METHOD OF ENTRY (NO PURCHASE NECESSARY)

Participants may enter without making a purchase by completing the following method:

  • Submit your email address through the official giveaway entry form on the Sponsor’s website.

Limit one (1) free entry per person per Promotion Period.

PAID ENTRIES (OPTIONAL)

Participants may also obtain entries by purchasing giveaway entries on the Sponsor’s website.

Each purchase grants the number of entries specified at checkout.

Purchases are optional and do not increase the odds of winning compared to free entries, as all entries are treated equally in the random drawing.


5. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive:

  • Aftermarket Cartier Watch
  • Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $4,000 USD

This prize is an aftermarket item and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Cartier.

No substitution, cash alternative, or transfer of prize permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.


6. WINNER SELECTION & ODDS

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.


7. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be notified via email or phone number within [48–72 hours] after the drawing.

If the selected winner:

  • Does not respond within 48 hours
  • Is found to be ineligible
  • Fails to comply with these Official Rules

…the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

 

8. PRIZE DELIVERY

Prize will be shipped within the United States only to the verified winner’s address.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • Lost, stolen, or delayed shipments
  • Incorrect address information provided by the winner


9. TAXES

Winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt of the prize.

 

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to:

  • Disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process
  • Cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or other factors impair integrity

By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance.

 


11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • Technical malfunctions
  • Website downtime
  • Lost, late, or misdirected entries
  • Errors in the administration of the Promotion


12. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

 

13. PRIVACY

Information collected from participants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and will be used solely for administering the Promotion and marketing communications.

 

14. GOVERNING LAW

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of [Your State], without regard to conflict of law principles.

“Giveaway Winner Request” within 30 days of the Promotion end date.
